My total experience with DGA has been wonderful! From the first time I called and Declan answered the phone , it was a very nice change for my call to be actually answered by a real person, this doesn’t happen with many businesses these days. Not only was Declan extremely knowledgeable about the products DGA sell, he was very polite and easy to talk to! He arranged an onsite meeting 2 days later, again something I really appreciated!
This meeting was so informative and helped us decide on the exact products we would go with. I also have to say that despite having to come across town in morning peak traffic Declan and Jono were on time , a great effort!
Our trip out to see you, it was very helpful to see all your products and make final selections . Wow Declan you certainly impressed Andy with your knowledge of all the details! I’ve never seen anyone your age be able to answer all Andy’s in depth questions, that was very impressive!
We were kept informed on progress with constant emails and also met you Simon who we then liaised with from then onwards. You always took time to answer our many questions , thank you!
The payment plan was easy to understand and helped us with budgeting to know the amount that was due at certain times.
On installation day the team were here on time and it was all go! Listening to the interactions between everyone I was super impressed with the happy comradery which makes for a really pleasant day. There was much support and communication between everyone , again making it a delightful day.
We are so ,so happy with all our doors and windows and have much pleasure in showing them off when friends come around!
When we chatted at the end you asked me for my feedback and also any changes that I thought could be made, as I said to you then and do now, there weren’t any changes I see needed to be made. It is very clear that everyone on the team is very experienced in their role , and also, very proud of being associated with DGA. This isn’t something that you see very often these days ,what an absolute delight, well done!
