We have selected your quote even though you are significantly more expensive than our other quotes ($5,5k more than next quote), but based on the quality and thoroughness of your quote, and more importantly, the experience of interacting with you so far. Peter gave me a call the day after I requested a quote and spent time talking it through with me, which is different from what the other companies did.
